Welcome to our spacious, newly-remodeled poolhouse, nestled in the luxurious Southern Hills neighborhood! This home is located 3 blocks from the legendary Southern Hills Country Club and Golf Course and boasts a private and inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom studio for you and up to 3 people. Equipped with independent AC and heating (you control the temperature), WiFi, a Keurig coffee pot/pods, and a smart TV with YouTube TV, you'll have all the amenities you need for a home-away-from-home getaway! The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The full bathroom with oversized walk-in shower(rain shower head) includes towels, shampoo/conditioner, and soap for your convenience. Guests will find comfort in this beautiful and quiet retreat, with blackout curtains provided to get a good night's sleep! You'll have your own parking for up to 2 cars and private entrance into the gated yard. Small families will find the space and adjoining yard ideal for a weekend escape. Travelers will enjoy a quiet space to unwind at the end of a long day. Tourists will love the area, with numerous options for shopping, dining, casinos, and entertainment only a 5-10 minute drive away!
The tennis/pickleball/basketball court is also available year round for guest(s) to use at their leisure.
The main resident's pool is closed for the season. Pool will re-open in the spring.
The hot tub is not for use by VRBO Renter.

*CAUTIONS ABOUT THE POOL*
Please swim at your own risk.
There is no lifeguard present.
A guardian must be present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool.
Pool is 3.5ft - 9ft deep - NOT heated.

We have EXTERIOR security cameras throughout the property, as well as an alarm system. The cameras monitor the driveway, entryways, front yard the backyard. There are no indoor cameras.

NO: parties or pets allowed - $300 fine if house rule is broken.

NO: drugs or smoking/vaping of any substance is allowed inside the Poolhouse - $500 fine if house rule is broken.

If you break anything or severely soil the linens, you will be responsible for paying for the original purchase price.
