”Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. ”

”This is a lodging experience like no other. Located a 10 minute walk from the town of Ollantaytambo, it’s nestled in a eucalyptus forest alongside the roaring Urubamba River. Very secure, behind stone walls, locked gates and with the adorable, loyal “guard dog” Beethoven . we stayed in the glass pyramid (watch your head climbing in) and kept pinching ourselves in disbelief of where we were! ”Not sure what to say, it was so awesome!! Beautiful property!. Very relaxing! Requested arrangements for dining, entertainment, and transportation available. Hot tub was amazing after hiking and a day at Machu Picchu. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Best week ever!”
