”Our trip to Machu Picchu brought us to this property. We wanted to reach a day early to rest up for an early morning appointment. We had a child who wasn't feeling great. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They also stored our luggage even after we checked out, so we could visit Machu Picchu without having to carry them all the way. Great place.”

”Hotel was very nice. We were glad we took the river side room, because in front of the hotel were building a new hotel and the view didn't look very nice. Breakfast was ok, but could be a lot of better. ”

”Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer. Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious! Definitely 5 stars all the way.”

”When I arrived at the train station Luis was waiting to take me to the hotel. I was able to store my luggage while I went to MP as I arrived early before check in, the next day I was also able to store my luggage there after I checked out and before my train ride. Yes, the noise from the street was loud but I don’t see this as a negative as the location is great. The view from my room was also amazing. The next morning I slept in and almost missed the free breakfast but the front desk...
