”Overall wonderful stay! We were in town for a family event and needed a space for two couples with an infant and a toddler. Rooms were large enough for our added Pack'N Plays. The yard is fenced, so no worries about the toddler wandering off into the pond or woods. The property is well maintained, but realize that the East Texas hayfields and farms are also industrialized dust generators, so be prepared to wipe down any outdoor furniture prior to use. While we didn't get the opportunity to play...

”The place was clean and had a deck to enjoy the beautiful lake view. Not so much a swimming spot but fun to watch the ducks and herons. Our dog loved the water!Price was right on par with the accommodations. Beds were comfortable and water pressure wonderful in the shower. A bit of a cigarette aroma lingers, probably left over from before they updated the trailer. After going in/out for a day it dissipated. Parking is limited. Can fit two cars or a vehicle with a small boat. Ronny was quick to...

We had spiders crawling on us at night and in the bed. The windowsills and ceilings need a good cleaning. Set up was real cute and cozy. We literally did nothing! Just rested, relaxed and reconnected. It definitely did for us exactly what we were hoping for.”
