”Quiet and clean property. Breakfast was good.”

”Very clean and staff was very nice. Would stay there again.”

”Rooms are old. I was told to get a safer room I had to pay $15 extra which was an access door to inside the property and a outside door access. My cousin was charged $10 extra dollars a night because he had a new coffee pot in his room. The pillows are old and flat. The towels, soaps, and wash cloths were inadequate and the bedding is old. The carpet is very old and felt dirty.”

”AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. My blankets were full of pubic hairs ( receptionist didn't even tried to be surprised when I told about pubic hairs in my bed). Floor was so squeaky that you hear people walking in upstairs very loudly. Lobby and 1st floor hallway was under construction and was full of black garbage bags covering floor and walls. In elevator and hallway there was really bad smell of weed. Worst experience I have ever had while sleeping budget hotels.”

”Older hotel that needs serious renovation. The rooms are Texas size, which is nice. The shower was very easy to use, although I wish it was a walk-in shower rather than a tub-shower combo. ”Not terrible high class crack tell”

”Family owned motel. Very friendly. Bathroom could use up dating.”

”terrible staff. wouldn’t be back. rooms are okay.”

”Our stay at the ranch house was amazing! Carri went above and beyond to make us feel at home and take care of anything we needed! I highly recommend the ranch house for a peaceful, relaxing stay in Canton, Texas!”

”The sheets were clean and carpet was vacuumed. However, the walls were stained with dirt. Needed a paint job. Tub spout and toilet paper holder was barely hanging on. Some parts of the base trim had roofing paper on it. You can smell smoke all night from people smoking outside. If you’re just there to sleep, then it is perfect for that.”

”The room was clean overall but the property itself needs a good revamp/updating. The beds were rock hard. It was great for a cheap, last minute, basically no other option motel.”
