”Did not know what to expect upon arrival but was pleased to find our own little apartment in this very modern building … loved the kitchen and availability of the in unit laundry. Only complaint I could say is no hair dryer (4 girls) and one night there was an alarm prompting evacuation in the middle of the morning but all in all had a very enjoyable experience ”

”There was a lot of room to spread out. Three bathrooms was a big bonus. Had a great space in the living room for our team meeting, and everyone liked hanging out together in the spacious basement. Enjoyed breakfast all together, with plenty of seating. Nice to have Hy-Vee nearby to grab breakfast food.”

”We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)”

”Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!”

”The property was as described. The house is much larger inside than what it appears from the outside. The owner was very responsive.”

”Great place, clean and in great spot for our activities. Yard needed maintenance and the upstairs ac was slow but eventually got nice. Three trash bags was not enough for five days let alone for 5 women, but we were happy with the property. Very pleased with the price.”

”Hi there! I had a wonderful time in the room and got the much-needed rest I was looking for. The space was clean and minimalist(good thing). I do have a couple of suggestions: a coffee table would be a useful addition along with a wall clock, and it would be great if the rear entrance from the parking garage were more accessible. Also, I found navigating from the Star Trek spaceship walkways to the building a bit tricky. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again!”

”Upstairs neighbors were blasting music at 6:30 am, there were cigerette butts under the counter that my one year old actually picked up and tried to put in his mouth, garbage left outside the back door and animals got into it, shooter bottles on the back steps, both chairs were broken, food on the bedroom floor with ants on it, hair clips left in windowsills, we told them thered be 4 adults staying and there was 3 towels to shower with and no washclothes or anything, was told the refundable...
