Due to a last minute family emergency Clea was incredibly accommodating to some late minute changes, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend a stay if visiting the area.”

”The perfect property for our group of 15 hens :) Nothing was too much for the host. Great communication from the beginning. We had a private chef come in to cook us dinner one of the nights and the kitchen is well equipped for this, with plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses to accommodate. Beds were comfy, enough bathrooms and toilets for all of us and also so much parking! I highly recommend Trimnells House! ”

”A great stay in a convenient location for myself, wife, and two adult children. Home was easy to find and spotlessly clean. The facilities included two bathrooms (one had a bath but no shower) as well as fast WiFi and a good-sized TV. Communication with the host was always incredibly fast and I even messed up the payment schedule and they were understanding. There are a number of items in the house that are geared towards younger children which I can imagine would be well received. I would...

”We had a fantastic time here, albeit a short stay. There was bread and milk in each of the 3 accomodations, which was a lovely suprise. When we had a problem with the electrics (following a storm) we were helped promptly. And the little additions like complimentary slippers and pool towels were lovely. Good selection of equipment and crockery in the kitchen. We’d love to come and stay again.”

”From beginning to the end Catherine and Thomas have been brilliant. We arrived early and Catherine said we could go straight to the cottage, ( which with a 2 and half year old) saved us having to find somewhere to hang around for a couple of hours. As the other cottage wasnt being used at the time we were able to adjust our booking times of the pool if we needed to. The place itself is beautiful and has everything you need. Catherine even made us home made scones with jam and cream, milk, butter...

”My son and I used this as headquarters to visit some historic sites and relax before long travel home to US. It was a tight space but fully equipped and adequate for everything we needed. Nice hiking trails right outside the door. Beautiful setting. Owners were very nice and accommodating.”
