”Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.”

”Wonderful cabin in Grass Valley. I stayed with my sisters, so we were four adults, each got a fluffy warm bed. The house is also great fro family with kids as there are lots of nooks to sleep read and play. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is quiet but still pretty close to the town. We were a bit disappointed to discover it was a IR sauna, but other than that communication with John was super clear and smooth and all in all a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!”
