Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well.

We reserved for the view which was everything we thought it would be and more. We found that above all, the staff was the best! We felt at home.
