Colourful, arty flat in leafy Forest Hill

Hello! And welcome to my home. I have put a lot of love and work into making my flat a beautiful, relaxed, inspiring place to hang out. Made up of one large open plan living space, a large bedroom/office space, and a bathroom, it is a wonderful size for 2 people to relax in easily, or 3 if someone takes the sofa bed. You'll love the afternoon sunlight streaming in through the sash windows and the sound of birdsong from the shared garden. There's also superfast wifi, a smart TV and a car park.

The space
The flat is on the first floor of a 2 storey building, with 4 very friendly sets of neighbours.
The kitchen is fully set up for cooking - oven, hob, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer. You are welcome to use all my spices, teas (peppermint, plenty of other herbal options, plus english breakfast, decaf) and coffee (espresso, decaf espresso, and instant). The table extends to seat 4 comfortably.
The TV is set up with Netflix, iPlayer, Disney+ and Youtube.
The bedroom has a super comfy double bed, and there is a fold out double sofa bed in the living space. The bedroom has a desk and chair for any working from home.

You will have the whole space - I will vacate the property. However, all my things will still be there! I'll do my best to clear a couple of drawers for you and there will be a bit of hanging space in the wardrobe.
