Pleasant hotel outside the city center
The hotel staff was very polite and friendly, with everything going smoothly. Our room (1 single, 1 double bed) was tidy and decently sized, with well enough room to fit three people without ever feeling cramped. WiFi connection was good and TV in the room worked well, and the coffee and tea in the room restocked daily. Overall a calm and nice place, definitely enjoyed my stay here. Only real negative is that despite its name, the hotel is about a half hour walk away from Tower Bridge. Nearest tube station is also a 10-15 minute walk away, but there are a few buses that stop right out front.

Good basic hotel
Good basic hotel, little far from the center as you know but there's a bus stop nearby and taxi from the center costs somewhere around ~£10. Our room with a window to the street was a bit noisy since there is a hospital or such nearby.

Siisti ja edullinen hotelli, mutta hieman syrjässä
Siisti ja uudenaikainen hotelli, viihtyisät huoneet ja hyvä palvelu. Sijaitsee hieman kaukana lähimmästä metroasemasta. Ympäristö ensikatsomalta vähän epäsiisti, mutta silti rauhallinen ja miljööseenkin tottuu. Aitoa Lontoota, jota ei City:ssä näe.

Das Hotel ist Top. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Lediglich der Steinfussboden ist extrem kalt. Die Umgebung ist sehr multi - kulti, aber wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Personal ist extrem freundlich. Die Lage ist super, da man Buslinien zu allen wichtigen Punkten direkt vor der Tür hat. Das Hotel kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wiedet.

Its basic hotel chosen due to location. It was clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. However noisey but it you are looking for a tourist budget hotel then it's ok.

Staff were not willing to help with luggage and were very quick to accord blame whilst we were trying to arrange our luggage into the hotel with their trolley in an environment with difficult parking and red route stopping restrictions. They were inconsiderate and rude.

Ci siamo trovate bene! Hotel comodo con la fermata dei pullman vicinissima. Camera pulita e letto molto comodo. L'arredamento non è moderno e sarebbe da sistemare ma niente che non si possa sopportare. Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo e punto a favore lo staff veramente gentile e disponibile.

shower drain was blocked, shower bracket for spray head way too high on wall. Bathroom very dirty, including some of the towells. main bedroom area was ok. its easy to be critical. but this are has to be a priority. staff were fine. On a general note , some readily available info in the reception area would have been appreciated RE bus stop locations and destinations (close to hotel), having to ask staff who's english is generally poor is not always a good option. on the positive side the staff we encountered made a good effort to let us in early, before their stated 2 pm threshold. would stay there again provided they cleaned up better...

Not close to tower bridge and in an area where there were limited restaurants and no coffee shops. Otherwise, for the money, it this hotel was great. Located in a multicultural area but seemed very safe. We had no problems and buses run regularly.

Schlafen für einen für Londoner Verhältnisse günstigen Preis. Das ist es aber auch. Wohlfühlen - Fehlanzeige. Das Familienzimmer hat den Charme eines Schlafsaals in einer Jugendherberge von 1990. Aber für ein paar Nächte kann man da günstig schlafen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist mit den Bussen super. Alle Augenblick fährt ein Bus ein gefühlt jede Richting Londons. Top.

I stayed in a family room with friends for a theatre trip. Pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the room was. We slept well. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It was clean and basic. The staff were very professional and helpful. The area itself isn’t great but we hopped onto a bus which took us straight to Waterloo in 20 minutes. It was really good for the price.

The property was really nice and reception staff very friendly and helpful. However it is a good 30 min walk from tower bridge and the area around the hotel was a little unsavoury.

Great place for visiting London
Basic but has everytbing you need forna short stay business trip. Parking was an amazing sellibg point here too. Not far to the nearest tube station.

Excellent, budget priced London hotel.
The hotel was well located for London attractions and had secure car parking. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Good value for money considering how busy London was during my stay.
