Exceptional open-plan kitchen with smart appliances. The kitchen has all major cooking utensils, pots and pans supplied.

The bedrooms are spacious and light with storage space and fresh hotel-quality linen on the queen beds. One bedroom is en-suite.

In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.

My apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

Neighbours are families with children so essential that good relations are maintained.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
