Perfect, peaceful accommodation in the heart of Camden
Nicola's house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4 people. It was in the heart of Camden, near the metro and bus stops, and still we could follow birds and cats and squirrels play in our garden. We can warmly recommend this apartment.

Nice place close to Underground making it easy to get around London. Lots going on in the area. Kitchen well equipped. Furniture in living room a little tired but we hardly spent much time in there as we were always on the go. Nice back yard to see when in the living room Overall I recommend it. Great for couples or small family

Great location in London
This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Everything is easy to reach by underground or bus. On one side green Regent’s Park, on the other the bustling Camden. Highly recommended!

Great place in Camden Town!
If you want to be near Kentish Town or Camden Town, this is the apartment for you! Very spacious and quick walk to the tube. Camden Market a short walk away. Enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable, quiet place & great host
The neighborhood was amazing. Two blocks from the fascinating Camden Town, it was so close to the underground and many amenities with lots of character. However, two blocks was all that was needed to be completely quiet and very comfortable for our young family. Host had great communication and was very accommodating. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely Property
This flat was ideal for two friends that needed separate en-suite rooms and extra space. It is fully equipped including washer and dryer which was helpful for out 2 week stay. Location is ideal with everything you need within a short walk. Great access to the local covered market and tube station. Our host was great: quick responses to a few initial questions. The weekend night noise was the only reason for 4 stars in one category. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Close to tube and great communication
We planned our first family trip overseas and our first stop was London. We loved our VBRO here! The owner takes great pride in their home and it shows. She was excellent at communicating with us and giving us directions etc. This really helped easy any anxiety about traveling with the family. The home is super close to major tube station and to make it easy to see all the must dos in London but is tucked back on a quite street, which is nice to relax in after a busy day of site seeing.

Lovely apartment in fabulous location
Our family of 4 loved this apartment in the heart of Camden. An easy walk to the tube station, market and many shops and restaurants. Camden is a buzzy, vibrant area but the apartment was very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of space, 2 good bathrooms and a washing machine all made this a great place to stay. Great communication from Nicola.

Peaceful Oasis in the City
We had a 2 week adventure around Scotland, Wales and England and stayed in many lovely places--and this flat was our favorite of the bunch! It was pristine, spacious enough for our family of 4 to spread out, had every amenity we could wish for (very much appreciated the washer and dryer and the London guide books!) and we loved the sweet back garden--even got a glimpse of the elusive fox back there! It is in a great location--so close to wonderful restaurants and shops--and walkable to lovely neighborhoods--like Primrose Hill (where Greenberry Cafe served one of our favorite breakfasts of the entire trip!) and then Regents Park was nearby--where we had a great pedalo on the water. Wish we'd had more time to walk from Camden to Little Venice--on our list for next time! Each night when we came back from a day of exploring, it felt wonderful as we entered the quiet serenity of this oasis in the busy city! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay--we hope to return to this special place again soon!

Lovely property
We loved our stay in this charming flat. It was under a five minute walk to Camden station, and a little over five minutes to Regent’s Park. The flat has a gorgeous garden, with a fox family that visited every day. Well-stocked with everything a family might need for a stay in London. Plus the full-size grocery store was a short walk away. Nicola answered all questions promptly, too.

First stay on our European trip
All in all, the property was as listed by the owner and had all of the amenities promised. It was in a convenient and beautiful part of London, and the property was big enough to suit our family of five. There was miscommunication on two matters with the owner. First, a fifth sleeping arrangement was not set up when we arrived and we had to establish our own sleeping arrangement. Additionally, during our stay, both showers in the property did not operate properly and the owner did not communicate timely with us to get them fixed. This turned out to be a big issue for our family.

Awesome flat in a perfect location
Very clean and well maintained place. Location is amazing. Located very near the tube stop for Camden Town. Very close to the all the hustle and bustle of Camden Town but you can walk a block away to the flat and it’s like a world away from the madness. Very quiet and safe area. Owner is amazing to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommended. We stayed in 3 different places while on vacation in London and this was our family’s favorite.

convenient Camdan Town stay
The garden flat was very comfortable for myself and my husband and our son and his wife. We loved being able to look into the back yard and see the local flowers and birds. It was close to the tube and local restaurants, and there is a grocery store just up the street.

Spacious and Lovely!
We loved our visit to Camden Town and this charming flat. It was so nice for our family of 5 to spread out a bit and relax in this beautifully furnished apartment equipped with everything we needed. The large grocery store was just a short walk away and the fantastic Camden Market delighted my girls with shopping and interesting eats. It was simple to get to the underground station and arrive in London for the day. In the evenings, we loved escaping the big city for our home away from home in lovely Camden Town. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for almost immediate response to our special circumstances. We highly recommend this property!

Bellissimo e comodo appartamento in perfetto stile inglese
Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati proprio bene in questo appartamento. Abbiamo soggiornato a novembre ed è stato tutto perfetto! Al piano terra con tutte le comodità e vista sul giardino di proprietà in cui abbiamo osservato pappagallini, scoiattoli e volpi! Caldo e accogliente. Materassi confortevoli, docce calde, wifi gratuito e zona veramente tranquilla anche se a meno di 5 minuti a piedi da camden town. Super consigliato!

Si trova a due passi dalla fermata della metro, ma nonostante questo la zona rimane incredibilmente tranquilla. Proprietario gentile che ci ha fornito indicazioni molto chiare e precise.

Excellent property in the middle of Camden.
We stayed here 4 nights. Property is fantastically located near Camden market. Even though the location is near Camden market the street is quiet. We were able to see a fox in the garden, so you can really sense, that you have your own private secluded area in London. Perfect for longer stay. Equipment for inhouse cooking were perfect. Whole apartment was excellent with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 separate baths and so on. If any problems, owner is very responsive and helpful. One of the best that we have ever rented. Strong recommendation.

Fabulous stay with everything we needed. The yard was a wonderful space for relaxing and play
Nicola’s flat was perfect for our stay in London. It was extremely well equipped for all of our needs, especially the kitchen. This is the first time I have stayed in a rental where I had access to most everything I would have in my own kitchen. The space was roomy and comfortable with room to spread out. My boys loved the big bathtub. The location was perfect for our meanders into Camden, the grocery store and the underground. We were able to do everything without a car. A couple more clean towels would have been useful, but we also did not contact the cleaner to get more. It was also very hot during our visit and we could have used lighter sheets. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was superb and he addressed all of our questions and needs very promptly.

Fabulous apartment, great located, absolutely friendly and helpful owner.
We spent a wonderful time in London in this apartment, which is well equipped and with the garden in the back an absolutely hidden paradise! It’s quite and perfect located, walking distance to Camden Market and also short rides per tube to the other sightseeing places. Nicola is a very helpful person, answered within shortest time to any questions. We can absolutely recommend this place! Next time, we come to London, we would be pleased to stay again in this cosy apartment!

A very well appointed flat, with a European flair, in a very convenient location
Nicola was a very responsive host, even though he was many kms. away in Italy. He returned our text messages almost immediately. The apartment is decorated as a European-style home, yet with plenty of reserved space for guests' clothing, etc. The master bedroom and beautifully redesigned en suite bathroom is quite private from the rest of the flat, and the second bedroom is very comfortable with the second bathroom conveniently located across the hall. While the flat is in a classy residential neighborhood, it is steps away from a vibrant shopping and restaurant scene in Camden Town. Very convenient to the tube and buses, grocery shopping (including a small Whole Foods Market) and ethnic restaurants. The Camden Town scene is extremely busy, especially on week-ends, but so is most of London, it would seem. We would return here in a minute.

Nice place to stay for a family of 5!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was extremely accommodating by arranging the beds to fit our needs. The property was located 5 minutes from the subway and 5 minutes from the grocery store which was so convenient. The only negative thing I can think of was that the area closer to the subway was a little sketchy. There was a flea market going on while we were there and this could have been why it was like this. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

I am sorry to read you found Camden Town "sketchy". I think I understand what you mean but that "flea market" you mentioned is what makes Camden the 4th most visited part of London with young tourists coming from all over the world! The contrast between the market area, the music clubs, pubs and restaurants and our residential, tranquil, leafy crescent, situated right next to Primrose and Regent's Park, only a few minutes from it all is what makes our flat so special...we think!

A Perfect London Oasis
We had a lovely stay at this Camden flat. It is truly the perfect oasis in the giant city that is London. First of all, the location: to be a 3 minute walk to the fun and lively Camden Town, and then a Tube ride away to anywhere in London - is perfect. On top of that, we could enjoy a cool, quiet sunny morning, overlooking a large patch of green. That’s practically unheard of for London travelers. The flat itself is beautifully appointed and suited our family of 4 just fine. My daughters had their own bathroom & bedroom; while my husband and I took the master suite. Bonus that there is an easy-to-use washer dryer in the master bath area. We also took a break from eating out and cooked in the lovely remodeled kitchen. The nearby Whole Foods Market was a short walk to get fresh ingredients, making for an easy meal prep. This will definitely be the “go to” flat that I'll recommend to any friends traveling to London. We’ll definitely be back!
