Hotellissa erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvät palvelut! Uima-allas oli todella kiva lisä lomaan. Standard-huone oli melko pieni, mutta siisti ja hiljainen.

Plussaa sijainnista ja aamupalasta
Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, se on lähellä metroasemaa ja moniin paikkoihin myös kävelimme. Huone oli Lontoon hotelliksi melko tilava ja hyväkuntoinen, kylpyhuone oli siisti. Kokolattiamatto oli kuitenkin pölyinen ja epämiellyttävä. Huoneen ikkuna oli kummallisesti nurkan takana, joten valoa tuli huonosti ja olo oli kuin laivan hytissä. Aamupala hotellissa oli erinomainen, tarjolla oli myös perinteinen englantilainen aamupala. Hintaansa nähden ihan hyvä vaihtoehto.

Wonderful stay
The hotel and staff were amazing! I didn't expect anything, but was more than pleasantly surprised! Everything worked well and for us the hotel was perfectly situated next to the underground station.

The room was good, the pool was good, not many hotels in central London have access to pool. The pool is used for workouts and classes, I found this fine. Nice outdoor garden area with fish ponds. Not sure why the pond was dyed blue though. Really close access to High St Kensington tube station. We did high Tea, this was great the sandwiches and cakes were delicious. Option for late checkout with small fee amazing. The price was reasonable for the location. We got the 24mtr room, which was just right for us, i would not want to go smaller unless maybe a single.

I booked Holiday Inn Kensington due to central 4-star hotel nearby underground. But most important is to have access to a swimming pool.

The hotel is a bit more expensive than it should be, and there are some aspects that are below 4 star quality, but I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return again. Excellent location, easily accessible from High Street Kensington station and with lots of restaurants nearby. Room: Absolutely tiny room. I didn't go for a suite or anything, but I really wasn't expecting how small the room was. And the furnishings were not even as good as budget 3 star hotel chains. A refurbishment and pricing the rooms according to their size would be an improvement - if I pay for a room that small, I want a much cheaper price. Gym/spa: The gym was really big for a hotel gym. A couple of equipment were not working, but in general it was in good condition. I was impressed. The spa was nicer than some reviews suggest. The pool was a decent length, the steam room, sauna and hot tub were great additions - really small, but I mean they were there, and many 4 star hotels don't have them, so they were a big bonus for me. Also, the gym and spa were included in the cost of guests' hotel stay - no extra price. Breakfast: The gluten free options were poor for a 4 star hotel, but staff were helpful and you *will* be able to eat an acceptable breakfast, just probably not as good as you might expect.

I booked this hotel specifically to enjoy the pool. At checking, I was told that the pool was undergoing maintenance and would be available the following morning. Then each time I inquired as to when I could use it, I was told it was still under maintenance. I guess this misleading information was to make sure I was not checking out to a hotel with a functioning pool. This is quite unacceptable.

The staff that I dealt with were lovely, very polite and friendly. The room was basic, as we were only going to be there for a few hours after a concert. The bathroom was minute. Had an issue with the sink not draining water. Twenty minutes for it to drain less than half a sink full of water! Reported to reception staff. The hotel was quite busy but very quiet at night. Good choice of food for breakfast

Our room was on the top floor and had no air conditioning for the entirety of our three night stay. London was experiencing higher than normal temperatures and without a/c we were unable to sleep. Very uncomfortable.

This was a very accessible property. The platform for the Circle Line was a few hundred yards away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We have no complaints!

Very small room, bathroom had a wash basin that was cracked, vanity unit had peeling paintwork. Basin was also leaking. Lock on bathroom door fell off. Never stay there again.

Adil was extremely helpful, he got our bags, arrange transportation and assisted with checkout.. had us squared away in less than 10 minutes! Excellent customer service! Will definitely return in the winter.
