Nestled on the third floor with elevator access, our flat is a gem in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute stroll from Vauxhall Tube station. Surrounded by bustling bars, themed restaurants, and major museums, it’s the perfect urban retreat.

The living room, with a cozy couch and large TV, radiates warmth and entertainment. The dining area, set for four, awaits your social gatherings. A spacious kitchen, equipped with every necessary appliance, caters to your culinary adventures.

Retreat to the large, sunlit bedroom with plush, hotel-quality linens.

The 1.5 bathrooms are spotlessly maintained, stocked with complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.

Arrive to a freshly cleaned space, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged £50 per hour.

-No candles or naked flames of any kind. Do not place any items on the fire escape of any kind at all at any time.
No weapons or illegal drugs of any kind.

-No freestanding heaters, no air fresheners or fabric softeners, and no vacuums.

Please don't move any furniture around, except for chairs and stools. The Captain’s chair may be wheeled only, never lifted.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your checkout, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking and vaping in the property is prohibited, with a penalty fee of £500.
