Hotelli oli hieno ja siisti ja aamupalan sai tilattua huoneeseen. Ainoa miinus oli, että illalla ja yöllä älytön meteli käytäviltä kuului kovaa huoneeseen. Hotellin tiedoissa luki: äänieristetyt huoneet, no oli juu ulospäin, ei kuulunut lentokoneiden äänet, mutta käytävästä kuului, kuin ei olisi ovea lainkaan. Nukkuminen mahdotonta.

Excellent hotel very close to Heathrow Airport. Be careful because there are a few Radissons and this is by far the best and still reasonably priced. Gorgeous lobby, gym, immaculate restrooms, good breakfast buffet and you can order items off menu as well....very comfy beds. I stayed here twice and it will continue to be my choice anytime i have a layover in London.

This hotel is close to terminal two from where we were flying home. It had lovely facilities and a very good room. The men room service was not very good so that was disappointing.

The room was lovely, quite large and spacious. We organised a taxi to get to the airport through the concierge but they sent a regular sedan when she knew we had 3 adults with 3large suitcases plus hand luggage. The taxi driver wasn’t very pleased either!! Plus he changed £6 more than the big London cab we had the day before from the airport.

A nice open spacious hotel… the downside was breakfast .. while the room is nice and bright .. the food selection is ok ..but the clearing of tables was very slow meaning it was difficult to find a space to sit despite loads of empty tables ..oh and being able to get your own coffee rather than waiting for table service would have been good

Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I had breakfast in the restaurant and I was greeted warmly. The restaurant staff were so attentive to our needs. They kept checking if our coffees need refilling. They don't stop moving around, cleaning tables. Such hardworking staff.

This hotel is an absolute MUST if you want a 5 star lodging next to Heathrow Airport. Immaculate lobby, rooms and great staff. The airport shuttle ran every 30 min and was wonderful. I will stay here again.

Arrived late in the evening, wasn’t advised about breakfast timings, even though I had purchased breakfast when booked room, partner went to check and they said it wasn’t included and added 2 x more breakfast @ £18 each to room. Had to fight tooth and nail and show them confirmation of my booking, but still waiting on refund for the £50 holding deposit and breakfast. Room has constant noise/humming from a generator or something,as a result couldn’t sleep even with earplugs. It was at this point one in the morning so not possible to ask swap rooms. But then to be honest the generator noise you could also hear in the corridors so might have been the whole side of the building. if looking to have a peaceful nights sleep then don’t pick this hotel, as this is the worst sleep I have had from staying at any hotel. I do not recommend this hotel

The reception and public areas, such as the restaurants are very grand - chandeliers, wood, etc. However the rooms are very dated - I felt like I was transported back to the 80's. I needed to charge my EV - but couldn't find my way into the front car park - why are they not connected?!

Great large room and comfortable bed however was really warm as it had been hot that day so walked into a sauna and took awhile for the room to cool. Also transport link to the airport wasn’t clear and we ended up spending over 30 mins on a bus trying to figure out how to get to T5 - this could have been explained at check in as opposed to just be handed a piece of paper which the timings didn’t match

This is a beautiful hotel with long confusing hallways. But..once you get to your room it’s well worth it. My room was very clean and the bathroom had everything I needed in it to unwind. The bedding was the best part sheets as soft as skin and pillows as fluffy as a cloud, heaven after a 8 hr flight. Nice lounge and restaurant, although I did not go to either, they looked and smelled really good. Definitely would stay here again

Location for one night is ok, you are limited to the hotel for dinner options unless Macdonald’s is to your liking… Looks like all the money was spent on the entrance/lobby area, we were upgraded to a premier room from the standard and can’t imagine what the standard room would look like. Our room looked like my grandma’s basement with a bunch of old mismatched furniture and not very functional…ie no bedside lamps only bright overhead leds that will keep your spouse awake.. For the money in my opinion there are better options. The staff were wonderful and probably the only redeeming factor we could find…

The lobby was pretty and staff were very nice, although the lobby had a flower scent perfume smell. The carpet in the rooms and floors were stained and smelled like flower perfume and a musty smell (these days a lot of people are allergic to scents and most places are scent free). This hotel would be great if they replaced these carpets and put another type of flooring.
