Vain auton kanssa liikkuville.
Hyvä sijainti kuorma-autolla liikkuessa koska pysäköinti onnistuu auton koosta huolimatta. Hankala poistua ilman autoa. Lähimmälle bussipysäkille yli kilometri ja metrolle noin kolme kilometriä. Aika on jo ehtinyt syödä hotellia, mutta perus kelpo majoitus.

The room left a lot to be desired. it was not good value for money. The furniture and bathroom were dilapidated. We checked out immediately and we were promised a full refund. A 7 days later we still have not received the full refund as promised.

Was a little off the beaten path in that there was quite a walk to the bus stops to get to the tube, but rooms were clean, comfirtable, quiet, and larger than exoected.

Polite and efficient service The original room had 2 futon beds for the kids. On closer inspection the mattresses looked like someone had died on them , to say they were strained is an understatement. However on informing the desk staff they apologised profusely and immediately moves us to an upgraded room with no hassle.

The only thing that was clean in my room was the bathroom. This location is 1 hour away from the center of the city. No one wanted to accept my uber request and when they did it was after 4 or more failed attempts, resulting in us having to wait for more than 30 minutes to get a ride anywhere. Staff was friendly. Room/ lobby smelled like cigarettes, the window had screws in it and a draft (guess it was broken at some point and they band-aid fixed it), ONLY ONE PLUG! (The other one was for the tv which i ended up unplugging and using) my travel adapter didnt fit on the counter for use. Only had a deadbolt for a door lock. I ended up moving chairs and bags to the front door to block it just in case. Had tiny mosquito like bugs flying all around the place. The beds were pushed together and uneven. I honestly wish i could get my money back. I was afraid to use the blow dryer, looked like it got so hot it melted itself. No fridge. No microwave. The staff was super helpful and nice.

Freezing room despite putting extra warmer which also didn’t work; very poor quality kids mattresses on the floor; in spite of the sin request to clean the room, no one did bother to clean it. The morning breakfast serving team members seem to be shouting at each other and hardly bother serving; average breakfast

Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay! Lovely staff upon arrival, easy check in , huge comfortable bed, exactly what we needed. The only downside was the heating in the room wouldn’t work. Sadly the quilt was a summer quilt so I was really cold. Managed to find a portable heater in the hallway so pinched that for the night and that did the trick. Didn’t bother me but our room was adjacent to the tube line. Every 5 minutes or so it would pass and was loud. Not ideal for a light sleeper but like I said not a problem for me. Would definitely stay again :)

Bed was comfy, so I slept well. Room was clean and at a nice temperature. No noticable noise from motorway right by hotel. Breakfast expensive, especially considering it's situated on motorway service area so plenty of other options.

Good overall
Had a good stay. Bed was comfy. Room was fairly decent. Stayed for one night. Only massive downside is there was only 2 plug sockets one of which the tv was plugged into. So when we needed to charge tablet and phones ready for our trip to London.

The area underneath the bed cover is very dirty, and the shower tools are not in good condition. It is difficult to control the temperature of the warm water. However, the overall space is good.

Staff were friendly, and helpful. Nice breakfast, however rooms need to be upgraded. One notable is having at least 2 pillows for each guest.
