Sijainti erinomainen. Siisteys anteeksiantamattoman huono. Aamiainen todella vaatimaton. Myös henkilökunnassa toivomisen varaa. Valitettava pettymys.

Ihan hyvä hintaansa nähden
Hotellin palveluväki olivat melko tylyjä. Wi-fi ei ole ilmainen vaan se maksaa noin 25puntaa koko ajalta, tai noin 5-8puntaa muutamalta tunnilta. Tällöinkään se ei meillä toiminut. Huone oli melko ahdas mutta siellä oli kaikki tarvittava. Aamupala oli aika mimini, paahtoleipää ja muroja. Kahvi oli kuitenkin hyvää. Sijaintinsa puolesta loistava; maanalainen on vaan melkein kulman takana ja esim museot vain parin pysäkin päässä. Ihan hyvä tämän hintatason hotelliksi.

Yöpymistä varten
Kuten kuvattu, huoneet ovat pieniä ja ahtaita tarkoitettu vaan nukkumisen. Tavaroille ei ole säilytystilaa, vain yksi huoneavainkortti.Käytävät kapeita ja portaita.Suihku ja oma wc löytyi ainakin 4 hengen huoneesta sekä vedenkeitin ja mikro. Sängyt ja patjat tuoreen oloiset, petauspatjat olivat unohtuneet kauppaan.Talvella vetoinen ja viileä tarkeni kuitenkin. Alakerta taas kuuma. Voisin kuvitella että kesällä on joka huoneessa kuuma, seinällä oli tuuletin.Ihan ok aamupala muroja mysliä paahtoleipää juustoa maitoa appelsiinimehua kahvia ja teetä. Ystävällinen ja reipas henkilökunta. Ihan siistin oloinen mesta. Todellakaan täällä ei ole ILMAISTA WiFiä vaikka niin jossain väitetään. WiFin hinta on kova. Naapuri hotellin ilmainen kyllä kuuluu joihinkin huoneisiin mutta on hidas. Erittäin lähellä Earls Court metro asemaa johon on helppo kävellä noin 200 metriä. Heatrown kentälle pääsee metrolla suoraan. Gatwickiin junalla viereiseltä West Bromton asemalta, matkaa kävellen 5-600 metriä. Kannattaa hankkia etukäteen Traveller Oyster card jolla kaikki matkat voi maksaa ilman häslinkiä asemilla.

Ihana loma Lontoossa! Mukava pieni keskitason hotelli kauniilla paikalla. Pienen kävelymatkan päässä metrosta, joten kulkeminen oli todella helppoa ja nopeaa! Vessan lamppu ei tullut kolmen päivän vierailulla vaihdetuksi, mutta onneksi siellä toimi edes yksi lamppu :)

Perfect situation, disappointed with other stuff
Breakfast room was too small for all the hotel quests, you really had to queue to get some and I had no time for that. Breakfast in the mornings I actually got it was too limited. If you want to avoid carbohydrates, there was only boiled eggs and slice of cheese left to eat. When booking I asked for two rooms next to each other because of the group booking and single beds but my wishes never went through. So the other half of the group slept in the ground floor and the other in 2nd floor - all in double beds. I had to buy the adapter for 5 £ to get my cell phone loaded because all the sockets were wrong for my equipment. It was amazingly hot, and the air conditioner was only a fan in the wall. I had to sleep with wet towels and the window open. I can´t say that the service was excellent, but the cleaner visited the room every day and the room was tidy and bug-free. Grocery stores near by were awesome, tube station was close and a huge plus was the fridge in the room (also micro). Neighborhood was clean and many restaurants to choose from.

Location is excellent it’s just 2 minutes walk to the underground station, lots of shops around the hotel as well, but I have to say I was staying in top floor and there is no lift, I would give 5.5 out of 10

Hotel situado muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, en un barrio residencial, con estación cerca y dos líneas de metro que te llevan de manera directa, prácticamente, a todos los sitios importantes, en apenas 10/15 minutos. Es un hotel muy sencillo, y a buen precio, suficiente para dormir, y además cuenta con frigorífico y microondas en la habitación, lo cual te permite comprar algo precocinado o cocinado en el supermercado cercano, y ahorrarte un dinero. Sirven desayuno en un comedor pequeño, que consta de huevos cocidos, jamón York, queso, cereales, pan de molde, mermelada, mantequilla, zumo, café y té... Personalmente, si volviéramos a Londres, y sigue teniendo buen precio, volveríamos sin dudar.

This hotel is the most disgusting place I’ve seen worse than a prison cell I couldn’t even stay the night waiting for refund they had an airfresher can as door stop wouldn’t recommend staying here ever if u want to stay in a room of hell

Nous sommes extrêmement déçu par cet établissement ! Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est l'emplacement, pour le reste tout est à revoir: niveau menage, entretien de l'établissement, petit déjeuner loin d'être de qualité, chambre très petite et très mal insonorisées ( si votre voisin de chambre se reveille à 6h du matin, vous le serez aussi !), couvre lit tâchés ! Le prix que nous avons est juste inadmissible pour ce type d'établissement ( la chambre ne vaudrait pas plus de 40 euros la nuit !! ) Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement

アールズコートとという２線が合流する便利な駅から数分で、朝ごはんもつき、とてもリーズナブルでした。水回りもしっかりしていてシャワーもパワーがあってお湯が熱く、シャワーブースも新品で清潔でした。部屋には冷蔵庫も電子レンジも湯沸かし器もあり、机があれば完璧でしたが、ベッド脇の棚を机がわりにつかっており、まあまあでした。また利用したいです。

Location is the only positive , only there 1 night to watch Chelsea be very disappointed if I was staying longer. Don’t want to be rude needs a bit of love and attention as not a good advertisement for London and tourism. Breakfast was chaotic in such a small room with many guests descending and no where to sit. We felt rushed so had minimal breakfast and left , staff were attentive and replenished well. I would not usually comment but it was still £100 a night (which you could say we are staying in London!). Hopefully take this review as constructive and decorate and remove mould from bathroom.

Beds good, rest not so good.
The beds get 10 out 10 but it goes down hill from there. The room was a reasonable size but was very hot, the wall fan was noisy and not very effective . The showeroom was good size but shaving light did not work and the shower was quite weak, the shower gel sachets were difficult to open. The breakfast was a joke, nothing continental about it, warm orange juice, nasty white bread to toast, instant coffee, boil your own kettle, and the breakfast room was so small there is a limit of 15 minutes to try and get and eat breakfast, not good at all.

Great Location. Good transport options. Property itself is very poor, not clean, not modern. It’s more like a college dorm room feel. Bathroom wasn’t clean either.

Pretty poor experience
Arrived at around 7pm. Couldn't get in as the door required a key. After a few minutes ringing and calling another guest left and we went in. Another 5 minutes later the receptionist walked around the corner carrying air freshener and bleach - As it turned out he had come directly from what was to be our room after using the toilet... After shrugging it off, we were there just for a few hours after all, we left to go to our gig. Arriving back at 11:30 we immediately discovered an enormous bed bug on the towel. Couldn't stay there, so at midnight we left for another hotel. They did refund immediately to be fair. In summary a very disappointing experience in a run down, dirty hotel. It is however cheap and in a decent location

Where to begin well the guy at reception was nice.. but the room was awful I mean what hotel room has a plunger in the bathroom I cut my foot on the floor going into the bathroom and I could not bring myself to get a shower in there.. and breakfast that we ordered was none existent.. over all very disappointing stay

Staff were lovely. But the tap was loose in the bathroom. Not enough room in the shower. Cracked tiles. Dusty skirting boards. Needed decorating and breakfast was very basic. Bed uncomfortable and tv to high up on the wall. Towels were hand towels. Carpets were very dirty

El personal muy atento, limpieza muy bien, el desayuno básico, lo único es que le falta mantenimiento al lugar pero el resto estaba todo perfecto!
