The Space:

As you arrive, you’ll step through your own independent entrance, tucked at the side of the building. A few steps lead you into a bright, inviting flat. On your left, the spacious master bedroom features a super-comfortable king bed and a private bathroom. Next, you’ll find a large, airy living room with a cozy sofa, smart TV, and a dining area, perfect for relaxing. From the living room, you pass into a fully equipped kitchen with lovely views of the tranquil garden. The second bedroom, a charming single, also overlooks the garden. The entire space is bright, peaceful, and a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.



Guest Access:

Keys will be found in a lockbox next to the private entrance to the flat.

Set in a peaceful residential setting, the apartment offers a welcome escape from central London’s bustle while remaining extremely well connected.

Getting Around:

8 minutes walk or 2 minutes tram/bus to East Croydon station.

From East Croydon, you can get trains all over the country and to London Bridge in 15 minutes or Victoria in 20 minutes where you have access to the London underground and all of London is in easy reach.



Other Things to Note:

To help protect the home and ensure a great stay for all guests and neighbours, we kindly ask visitors to respect the following guidelines:



• No parties or events

• No smoking anywhere inside the property

• Quiet hours should be respected in the evenings

• Only registered guests may stay overnight

• Shoes off inside is appreciated where possible

• Property is not suitable for children under 10 years old



This is a peaceful residential building and we want all guests to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their stay.



This home is ideal for respectful travellers looking for a comfortable London base.



It works especially well for couples, professionals, longer stays or guests exploring the city during the day and enjoying a calm space to return to in the evening.
