âRoom was clean but all drawers were left open and pull out coach didnât have cushions put back in place. Not sure they were really ready for us to check in even though it was an hour after the check in time.â

âThe hotel is very nice and the staff I spoke to were very friendly. However, I was not informed that they had breakfast and I didnât find out until the second morning of my stay when I was leaving for the day. It would have been nice to know. I donât know what other amenities I missed out on while I was there. I also had an issue with the lights in my room turning on or off whenever the neighbors slammed their door (which happened often). âI am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances.
