”Meille tuli yllätyksenä ettei huoneen sängyissä ollut peittoja. Viivyimme vain yhden yön ja ennen kuin huomasimme epäkohdan, oli vastaanotto jo sulkeutunut. Lähtiessämme seuraavana aamuna pyysimme henkilökuntaa merkitsemään tämän varaussivustolle selkeämmin ja he lupasivat tutkia asiaa. Muilta osin paikka oli hintatasoonsa nähden perus-jees.”

”Tilava, siisti huone, erinomainen isäntä jne.”

”Great as usual (3rd time staying here) Well priced and close to everything”

”Great place! Room very comfortable, private bathroom and shared kitchen. The owner lives in site very friendly and made excellent Mexican dishes. Will definitely be back! Cheers K. Logan Belleville, Ontario Canada”

”This is in a great location, lovely staff and exactly what was required for our one night stay. Would stay again”

”Oh my goodness this stay was fabulous! We travelled New Zealand and this has been our favorite stay! Beachwood is perfectly located to everything and the room was beautifully appointed. We had a full kitchen, a comfy bed and plenty of living space to spread out into. Our hosts, Dion and Mackey were lovely. They gave us lots of tips and checked in daily to be sure we had everything we needed. Don't hesitate! Book it! You won't be disappointed! The Mahers - USA”

”8 bed dorm was really spacious. Loved the curtains, really made it feel cosy and cocoonlike. Comfy duvet and pillow and CLEAN. Super warm too, really felt like a home away from home. The staff, especially Martin, was really helpful. Would stay again when I’m back in Dunedin.”

”Lovely motel with friendly staff, close to the town centre, gardens, and NZ’s first University.”

”The property was located approximately 15-20 minute walk from the Octagon, or the main shops. Small grocery store was located across the road. The room was of a good size, bed comfortable, shower over bath which had good pressure. It was somewhat dated, but clean and warm. Would stay again.”

”Great spot, hadnt stayed here for over a year but was really good, comfy, warm modern.”

”Motel was ok. My point of view is affected by a few very nice motels we have stayed in the previous nights. Motel was clean and room was spacious. Bathroom was ok, but I dont like shower curtains in hotels. Also after showering, the whole floor was wet and no means to dry it out. ”

”Hyvä ja siisti motelli aivan keskustan tuntumassa. Keittiövarustuksessa pieniä puutteita. Ei keittolevyä tai uunia.”

”Close proximity and good walking distance (10-15min) to many cafes and restaurants. The room is spacious snd clean. Love the bed, comfy and slept so well!”

”Good location, quiet motel and nice staff. The room was big though a bit old and the bathroom was cold.”

”Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff.”

”They had free parking on the premises. A great bar and restaurant. Lovely gardens and staff were very helpful. Room was clean and tidy.”
