”The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not...

”Room was a good size, clean, and beds were comfortable. The elevator worked, breakfast was about a 3 out of 10 but we got down there about 30 minutes before closing and nothing was fresh. OJ was bland. Coffee was good. Parking was convenient, lot was well lit. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend. ”

There is a bar and restaurant on site and the bar was quite lively for a Monday night when we arrived. Our room featured a large soaking tub, tons of space, and spectacular views of the Texas Hill Country. Would highly recommend Hotel Viata to anyone staying in the Austin area. ”
