”Clean and new”

”Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. ”A friendly and professional welcome, room was great, premium selection of complimentary tea and coffee, comfy bed, food and room service excellent, great night's sleep, good price for a junior suite, a very well run hotel, highly recommended.”

”Shared a room with three adults during Download festival. Pros: Hotel was conveniently located and everything worked well, staff were friendly and hot shower for everyone. Room was sufficiently spacious to fit three adults and their luggage during a 4 night stay. Cons: Spare bed (cot bed) had some sharp edges and was of course not the most comfortable sleep for 4 nights. ”

”Almost a new feel and look to the Hotel. The room was quite spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious, with premium shower gels, shampoo and soft towels. Would Recommend”

”Third time in this hotel working three years and condition goes down every time. It is quite nice boutigue hotel, but needs renovation. Location is greate to go around Nottingham. Helpfull staff. ”

”I loved staying here. From the chic room to having a great night sleep. Nespresso machine in the room and super shower to wake me in the morning. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Leicester. ”

”Very clean. Is a parking lot nearby 2 mins opposite church £5.80 for 24hrs. Got email with instructions to enter. You need to get code to open little lock boxes just outside front door. Is a restaurant next door, think same owner. Were friendly if need advice to enter. Might want earplugs Sunday morning as church bells ring, but i like that. Overall great place and very reasonable price. Right downtown too. ”

”Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Broken drinks vending machine and they sorted me out water. Really good price and rooms great. Hairdryer does set off the fire alarm though!”
