”Plenty of parking available, which felt secure. Unfortunately, there are no EV charging points for guests—only three reserved for staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the bathroom felt a little dated (but perfectly functional). The golf course was fantastic and is clearly the main attraction of the hotel. ” Booked 2 twin rooms, but one room was made up as a double. Reported this to reception straight away. Said they would alter it by 7pm. Didn't happen. Reported to recetion in the morning and the room was set as a twin by the time we had returned that afternoon . And we were offered a bottle of fizz.”

”Came for a short stay had everything we wanted and was able to use the pool, sauna etc without paying any extra. Could have had more staff serving at the bar. Guy behind reception was great the room was clean comfortable and had everything we needed ”

”OK room, with carpet. The flushing system in the bathroom worked poorly. My shower had good pressure (top floor) but my friend who lived on ground floor could hardly wash her hair because of poor water pressure. The over all appearance was that the hotel needs a big face lift, but has good potential. It was cold; the public bathrooms were freezing; the conference rooms were cold,- bad air-conditioning. It seemed worn, and there was a scent of unfreshness in the corridors that seemed like too...
