”Great large rooms with timber ceilings and very clean. Only downfall was there was no sink, plates or cutlery so, bad luck if you wanted to eat your own cereal or breakfast.”

”It was good clean and tidy i just would recommend to get the place pest controll had a few cockroaches and theirs heaps of spiders outside ”

”Yes the place was clean and tidy, it was a lovely little 1 bedroom unit with a balcony overlooking the lovely pool and Spa it also had a sauna which we didn’t use the only thing I didn’t like was that it was on the first floor and I had trouble with those I had two bad falls while there but would stay there again as long as we had a ground floor unit.”

”Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. ”

”So the positives - the hotel itself was in a good location for what we needed, lovely friendly staff and the room was in excellent condition. The not so positive - the hotel uses the club facilities which was handy with restaurants etc close by and the pool if you wanted to but not quite the same as it being part of the hotel (and not a public pool etc).
