”The hotel has a classic and stylish interior, original and respecting Yale university’s heritage. I loved it, as you feel part of Yale’s legacy. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very limited, that’s the only minus.”

”A very good hotel centrally located in New Haven/Yale. The Yale area provided for a super beautiful evening/morning walk. Close to many restaurants as well. Hotel was extremely tidy, beds were comfy and breakfast was amazing - with a view! ”

”Love the pool is always amazing. The hot tub could’ve been changed out more often. They did a really good job with the breakfast amazing. I’d recommend the stock more hot cocoa, and they clean only when customers are not getting food. The rooms were really wonderful.”

”There was an unpleasant odor in the hallways. The room was reasonably clean, but mold in the bathroom. Cracks around the tub, damaged lamp shade and side table. The staff was helpful, parking convenient, air conditioning efficient. The place seems to be undergoing repairs. Hopefully, these damages will be addressed. It could be a nice place in a convenient location.”

”The entire facility was extremely clean, my room included. The staff was great, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this Best Western.”

”Checked in and the sofa chair had so many stains I couldn’t even sit on it. The chair at the desk had a bit less stains but when I sat down to eat my meal for about 10min I had a total of 4 bed bug bites on the back of my legs where I was sitting on the chair. There was mold around the tub and the sink was backed up. The water never went down. I only stayed for one night for an event due to the convenience but I would not stay here again.”
