”The staff are helpful & friendly. The location is perfect to get back and forth to the beach , restaurants and use the free Anna Maria trolley.
The pool temperature was perfect & nice to have ping pong & jenga available . Room service was excellent. Would have preferred if parking was included in stay and not added charge . ”

”Long line at check-in. Rooms were not ready. With corporate events, wedding(s), and other social events, staff was overwhelmed; delays in valet car service. As regular guests, we felt like we were in the way. Rufa's was closed Saturday night with no notice. Other guests were loud (children yelling well after midnight). Game room needs update. ”

”The overall experience was friendly and relaxing. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The pool was lovely and always tranquil. The umbrellas and chairs and wagons for the beach were easy to access and always available. The only issue seemed to be that there was very, very little water pressure in our bathroom and kitchen sinks, and the hot water took a good 10 minutes to heat up. The air conditioner in our bedroom made a very loud rattling noise, which was sometimes frustrating in...
