âI received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent.â

âWe had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beachâ

âProfessional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed to see many of the same staff from my visit four years ago, including vallet, Bellman, food service, and concierge. This says that the Ritz Carlton treats their employees well and in turn their customer service is top notch. â

âGarbage cans around the beach area would be helpful. Directions on how to control the ceiling fan and ac. Otherwise all was good. Beatriz at the front desk was amazing!â

âFrom the moment we arrived on the property we were greeted by staff that went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Answered all our questions and just made us feel welcome. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The beach the pools. Everything was fantastic but most of all we feel the staff is what sets them apart.â

âVery welcoming check in at property ! Rooms were very clean. Comfortable rooms . Nice furniture . Love the tiki torches around the property in the evening. Pool had nice warm temperature. A nice stay ! â
