  • Näkymät rannalle ja lahdelle melkein jokaisesta huoneesta! Tuomiokirkon kattojen ja lisättyjen ikkunoiden ansiosta yksikkö on poikkeuksellisen tilava ja valon tulva. Suuri ruokailutila on ikkunoiden ympäröimä ja se sopii täydellisesti "maailmankuulujen" auringonlaskujen katsomiseen Longboat Keyllä. Makuuhuoneessa on ikkunoiden seinä, joka osoittaa suoraan Persianlahteen.
    Viehättävä, hiljainen ja boutique-lomakeskuksen laatu, ei vaivaa, melua, hotellin persoonattomuutta. Sinusta tulee osa Sand Cay -perhettämme, ja odotamme paluutasi vuosi toisensa jälkeen.
    Suunnitteleessasi matkaa kauniille Persianlahden rannikon rannoille, jää Sand Cay Beach Resortiin. Kaikissa yksityisissä kauniissa osakehuoneissamme on täysin varustettu keittiö, olohuone, ruokasali ja parveke tai terassi. Tarjoamme uima-altaan ja puutarhan, lahden ja lahden rannan näkymät. Kiinteistössämme on lämmitetty uima-allas, sekoituslautakenttä, täydellinen tenniskenttä ja tahraton yksityinen, valkoinen hiekkaranta.
    Koe lopullinen rannalla sijaitseva Floridan paratiisi Sand Cay Condominiums Beach Resortissa.

Great place, great location and longboat key never dissapoints. The only thing needed is an updated mattress on the pullout couch since we were not able to use that as advertised, but it’s an easy fix.

Best view!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The view was fantastic! Beautiful view of the beach from kitchen, living room, master bedroom and balcony. The kitchen is nice and updated but bedrooms and bathrooms in desperate need of updating. Didn't really effect my enjoyment though! The resort staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were great, even better they are free! We plan to return to same unit!

We enjoyed our stay but expected nicer furnishings at this price point. The grounds a common areas were beautifully maintained as was the pool area. It is a shame the owner does not take more care of her unit.

Toured around all the rooms then begin unpacking to go to the beach and play with monster trucks and then the water with our grandson. we all had such a good time we didn’t want to leave. We’re already planning to visit again this summer, so relaxing, so refreshing so much fun thank you Sand Cay for helping us with each visit that we returned to see you till again my friends. Sand Cay 303

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As advertised the view was wonderful, master bed is comfortable, layout is very accessible for the size of the unit, the kitchen seemed adequately equipped, though a disposable scrub sponge as part of the welcome packet would be helpful. However, the couch/loveseat combo is beyond end of life. The couch went unused for sitting the entire week and we had to fold up all of the extra bedding in the unit to top the pull out mattress to make it sleepable. I've owned a coastal rental unit in the past and understand the expenses involved, but at this point the couch has to be addressed. It's a possible deal breaker for future stays for us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 5 condos over Mother's Day weekend. The stay was wonderful because of time spent with family, beautiful water, and great location to the beach. But the staff was NOT the least bit accommodating with the check-in process and it started our weekend off on a really sour note for all. If you arrive early DO NOT expect to access your room before 3:00 pm - even if it's been sitting empty for the previous 2-3 nights. We've stayed at a lot of places on LBK over the years & will go back to them in the future as a result of Sugar Cay's ridiculous check-in policy/procedure. Unit 303 bedroom carpet is old & disgusting. Ants everywhere in the kitchen, but fully loaded for all your cooking needs. Great balcony view of water, but dirty/sandy floor that was overlooked for cleaning. Old & worn LR furniture, high chair had food (or worse) still crusted on it. Definitely not updated in a while. Charcoal grills - really should be updated to gas. They charge you a $165 cleaning fee, but instruct you to remove sheets, pile towels up, sweep floor, run dishwasher etc.

“Sweet” Suite 303

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at Sand Cay Beach Resort. Same unit and same great view. Same time of year also, the place and pool and beach are practically empty. Sand Cay is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping (if that is your idea of a getaway). It seemed to us that the couches and rugs had been updated since last year. All the required amenities are included if you choose to stay in and cook. All with the view. Even observed the outdoor grills being used this year. Not that Sand Cay has control over this next reason we like staying here is the wild bunnies that are in the yard every morning and evening, the dolphins swimming by, and the sunsets when Mother Nature cooperates. These views are from the beach, the balcony or the large picture windows.

Reviewer Comments: Great views of the Gulf.Things that could be improved:-owner never answered questions; we had to call the resort for answers-on the balcony bar stools should be provided so one sit out there and see the water-toaster from a time before electricity was invented-TV's had to be explained by a staff member who had to spend first several hours to fix them, get new TV box; still one never worked- missing beach umbrella which was present in other suites.Nevertheless we would recommend #303 to friends, we had a great vacation

We’d Go Back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand Cay! The master bedroom is huge and the large windows meant we could see the beach from almost anywhere in the condo. Loved that the 2nd bedroom had twin beds for our boys. I’m not sure it’d be possible to get any closer to the beach. We loved the pool too, which was large and never crowded. The condo was clean with expected amenities. We did have an issue with small bugs on the kitchen counter and had to call the office twice; they sent pest control right away and it solved the issue. Our rental also included beach toys and beach/pool towels. I would recommend counter height chairs on the balcony so you can still see the beach and ocean when sitting on the balcony. Also would LOVE in rental laundry, but we did take advantage of the laundry facilities on site. The walkways around the property are very nice and well kept as are all the grounds. If you hope to see sea turtles, their nests are everywhere around Sand Cay and one evening we saw a huge turtle on shore laying eggs and watched her crawl back into the tide. Overall, we’d go back to Sand Cay and recommend it to friends and family.

The location of 303 is amazing...with beautiful views! We really liked this condo- it was very comfortable, nicely decorated, fully equipped, and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation!

Another wonderful stay at Sand Cay

We have gotten to know some of the other guests and the staff and it is a clean and lovely place for a getaway.

It is beautifully maintained and the staff is super efficient and very friendly. It's our home away from home.

Unit 303 Sand Cay Resorts

Sand Cay Resorts is well maintained. Conveniently located to St Armand, Sarasota, and surrounding areas with restaurants and amenities. Unit 303 has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Was able to observe the sunset from either the beach or from several locations inside the unit, the balcony, the dining area or the master bedroom. The unit had everything a family could possibly need. Kitchenware, televisions and DVRs, beach toys and supplies and puzzles and games. Even a few books. During our stay, the resort wasn't very crowded which also made our experience more enjoyable. Most days the pool was empty except for us and it was pleasantly warm (82 degrees according to the in-room manual). One of our biggest surprises was the hot water and pressure, both were in abundance. The only issues which didn't prevent us from enjoying ourselves, were minimal, the tv and cable box in the master bedroom were not connected (the chest of drawers was heavy and awkward to move out) but again not a big deal. The two sofas and the two carpets have seen a lot of use, wear and tear and are need of replacement, again not a deal breaker. There was no outside distracting noises. Very peaceful! We would visit there again.
