”Wow! We stayed here out of convenience for a show happening at the Pantages Theater and we will be back. We knew nothing about McMenamins but are very interested in checking out their other properties. This is prime location, we had drinks and food at multiple places before and after the show, all within 1-3 blocks of the hotel. ”Hotel location is good and peaceful. The breakfast has issues, something was always missing and the service was really unpolite and arrogant "we don't have enough staff", "the breakfast ends soon" (even though there was still 30 minutes to go). The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”

”Clean room, lots to do, and friendly staff. The one front desk clerk was bouncing a ball on the desk and not looking at us when we asked a question but everyone else - rest of front desk, housekeeping, janitors - were all very friendly, professional, and helpful.
The rooms are big and clean. The only downside was no room service, but we were able to order take out from a restaurant and bring back to the room anyways. Pool is really nice and was perfecr for a hot day.
Would definitely stay here...
”Everything was very clean. The only complaint I have is that they still only have the tiny complimentary bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Most hotels now have the full size bottles available, which helps that we don’t have to pack to get that stuff through security at the airport. We had to ask for at least 6 tiny bottles to last my grandson and I the two night stay. ”
