”The hotel is clean and has a nice design. The shuttle service e.g. to Harvard square is handy although it does not return between 3.40-6.40 pm. Breakfast is great for American standards. Extra bed in three person room was surprisingly good. Biggest problem is the bar in the middle of atrium. If your room in by that atrium hole (ours was in 11th floor), you will hear A LOT of noice.”

”Location is super sketchy and in the pictures it seems newer and nice....its not. The bathroom is so small you have to sit diagonally on the toilet. They didnt clean the toilet, there was a clump of used toilet paper in it. Moldy bag of chips in the nightstand and only 3 pillows for two people. When i called for more pillows i was told they didnt have any. At that point i was ready to leave and then they said they would take some pillows from another room. ”Sort of dark on the outside of the building, my TV reception wasn't too good, and the shampoo bottle was almost empty. But plenty of towels, safe feeling area, even if it was a bit remote, heat worked, WIFI good, plenty of free parking and coffee, water pressure/temperature was good. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area. ”

”We had the most comfortable stay! The room was clean, the staff was friendly and responsive, and we were close to public transportation and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants. Temperature was perfect- we hope to stay there again if we travel to Boston! ”

”Room was spacious and well maintained, staff was always helpful, doing laundry is available, there is a Market Basket store nearby (and a pharmacy across the street), and it is a 10 minutes walk to a restaurant sqare.”

”Clean building, French pastry/coffee shop right around the corner and a restaurant on the roof top and main floor. Location is close to Harvard and MIT. Lyft rides were reasonable. Only negative complaint is they did not dispose of bedroom trash until we left.”

”Love this hotel! The complimentary breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and the hotel was very convenient -- a 5 minute walk--from the MIT conference I was attending. Great restaurants close by. The windows open--so good ventilation too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. ”
