”This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. It is a great value. Very quiet and the room was very spacious. And the service was fantastic.”

”The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

”This hotel is under construction. They said WiFi only cover the first floor - so no wifi in most of the rooms. As a result of this, you can only watch basic cable in your room. Only decaf coffee was offered in the room, our soap containers in the bathroom were empty, only enough towels for one person, and a sad breakfast offering.”

”Location is good if you’re going to the track - staff was friendly and there is a shuttle that runs back and forth to the Speedway. The property needs an overhaul, but it worked for what we needed. ”

”Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.”

”The tub didn't drain and filled with dirty water. Stains on the cuck chair. The parking lot was full of tumble weaves. You get what you pay for though.”

”We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:30 PM. When we arrived, we were told the room wasn’t clean yet. It was 6:30 PM before we finally could check in. Although the hotel has been maintained well, is right next to a traffic light. This means every time the big trucks took off to move from the light you could hear it. The staff were friendly & the pool was nice. Breakfast was definitely small… the area to eat at was very small, and they had very few choices of things to eat.”
