”Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway! ”

The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic.
