”This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!”

”Can’t wait to go back (and we just left a few hours ago)! The sound of the river was mesmerizing! We ended up canceling our plans to just chill out on the back deck all evening. It was quiet and just what we needed. Clean, quaint and so cozy. Check-in was effortless. Literally, a five minute walk into town. Kitchen had both type of coffee makers (Keurig & regular pot type). Bed/pillows are definitely on the firm side, fyi. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!”

”We had a wonderful time. Just a few suggestions: One tiny bar of soap in the master bath for 2 sinks, a tub, and a shower was not enough for 2 people. Body wash in the shower would have been nice. More towels in the kitchen would have been appreciated. The downstairs was cold when the upstairs was warm but we kept the downstairs door to the stairs closed and that moderated the temperature a bit. Refrigerator was set too high and some vegetables in the crisper froze. The beds were comfortable....

”Good location and view. The deck outside is really nice and the place is about 8 mins from town and 12 mins to RMNP entrance. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. As for the property, it is tiny, the layout of the bedrooms is weird and not too convenient, also the bathrooms and the interior should have been upgraded a while ago, everything is dated, with one of the showers being so tiny, we decided not to use it at all.
