Palace Hotel & Spa Buxton
Room was very clean, however one of our towels was dirty but staff replaced this immediately. Our room didn’t have a window which was unexpected as nowhere when booking did it say this might be the case, felt quite claustrophobic. Excellent location and lovely hotel overall.

The key was missing from the key safe and having phoned the owner it turned out that a member of staff had walked off with the keys. Also no shower gel. With the kitchen being the other side of a vary thin wall i was awaken around 6am by noise in the communal kitchen.

Very nice cottage right on top of the famous butcher shop.Easy acces to everything.The river at the entrance gives you a relaxing mood and its very quite at night eventhough it next to the busy street.We’ve got everything we need and the owner is very communicative.The cottage needs dusting that ...
