”Facilities were amazing x the staff were so helpful when needing direction and the amenities on hand were excellent x but the food especially the breakfast was fantastic value for money x the surrounding landscape is tranquil x ”

Spa underwhelming more akin to a gym facility which is the main use perhaps but none the less clean not crowded and convenient and good value as included in room price ”

”Staff at the Doric are very friendly and efficient. The full breakfast was great with some other choices. single room was good with a 3/4 bed, bathroom was a full bath with shower, over, so could have been a problem for some older folks. Bar and breakfast area nice with view of prom. Hallways to rooms a bit dated and could use a paint update.. I did not attend any entertainment, however there was something on each night. All staff I encountered were very helpful. ”

”The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!”
