”I was given a room that smelled like strong cigarette smoke. I was told it was non smoking. The office argued with me about it but they would not come and smell the room. I finally got offered another room (smoking) and the air conditioner did not blow cold but rather slightly cool air so we had to buy an air freshener, take cold showers and sweat the entire stay. ”This was a clean, comfortable stay. For any of the negatives I could find, I can say this was uk there with some of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. It still smelled fresh of cleaner.
