”Maid service unlocked our door to come in when we were sleeping. It was NOT check out day. I had to sit up and tell the lady that we were in the room. Dirty diapers and trash at pool. Same trash throughout our 3 days there. Staff not knowledgeable. Pillows are flat. Mold on trim beside tub. Faucet broken but still functional. Could see daylight with door closed due to an apparent break in at our room. Smells moldy/musty/old. Definitely needs major upgrades. Floors not bad but need refilled in...

”The room looked like the pictures with very few blemishes. The only problem we had was the head board was seemingly detached from the bed and the door was hard to close. The amenities were almost non existent. For the amount of the rooms, paying to use outdated washer and dryers were a major turn off. But if this is local owned or small investor, I would say - just make it a provided service for free or non at all...especially if you can't provide quality equipment.”

”This was not a pleasant stay. It will super loud and the staff was not helpful at all. The breakfast was cramped and small. Not a good selection and too many people taking up everything. The room had thin walls so noise was an issue when trying to sleep. Would not go back to this place. Arkansas was great but pick a better place to stay.”

”Clean room”

”The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

”Service was definitely lacking. Breakfast was slim, cold and utensils/bowls had to be asked for. Room was ok, had to ask for towels daily. The view from our balcony room was the only thing I can give a 10 rating on. Stay at your own risk.😕”

”Bathtub was greasy and slick. Overall It was ok. Not enough parking.”

”Exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was on time. Coffee was strong. Bed was comfortable. The TV was huge. Great water pressure and hot water was plentiful. Slept like a baby.”

”Staff were nice, but the pool is out of order, ice machine broken, and the soda machine was broken. Breakfast was 3 types of cold cereal, a muffin or a waffle, but they were out of waffle mix. The air was off when we arrived to our room and it was HOT and smelled like wet dog. It took a couple hours to cool down and then the smell went away. The beds were hard and mine made loud squeaks every time I moved. It was clean, but I will not stay there again.”

”The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay.”

”Honestly felt like they put more work into there garden than the rooms, the walls were filthy, the room was hot even with ac and the beds where like sleeping on concrete.Not worth the $80, save yourself and just book the more expensive hotels near by. Also the breakfast isn’t breakfast it’s nasty ass coffee and that’s it. The only plus was that the staff was nice but again it’s not worth it”
