”This was an ok-ish hotel. We chose it for its proximity to Racoon Mountain. Pretty clean, but run down. The door between our adjoining rooms was super janky. The room was 80 degrees when we entered and the A/C went from sounding like an airplane taking off to a train. All. Night. Long. And breakfast & coffee both left a lot to be desired.”

”We stayed in Room 103. The box springs were incredibly squeaky...I mean REALLY squeaky. Once you got settled in bed it was fine but even rolling over was a noisy experience.”

”The room we booked was very neat and clean, it was a warm and welcoming environment. If I had to stay again I definitely would, as it was a gorgeous location. I also liked the no-contact features of the venue and how easy it was to get checked in and out. My one critique, which I can't judge too harshly for, was the parking was a little confusing and cramp. Understandably though, it is on a mountain and there's not much that can be done to shape it. Overall a lovely stay!”

”The people are so friendly and it was a nice clean place with a great location. But here's the issue, one person in a couple is not going to be able to sleep right at night. Please let me explain. In a couple there was always one that sleeps deeper, and one that is kind of security. They listen for the noises and the creeps and bumps in the night to make sure everything's all right, even though they're sleeping, they are light sleepers and heat everything. Well, that person will have issues with...

”Property had a great Mountain View very central to restaurants and stores, Walmart is close by, breakfast was ok, parking is free and plenty, staff were helpful and courteous”

”This place needs a major overhaul!!!!”

”It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff, beds were so comfy and love the breakfast.”

”Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast”

”Very upset that the front staff had no authority over the guests. We were on the first floor and for almost 4 hrs had the guests above us (assuming kids) making a ton of noise. We were leaving at 6am and I have a 3 yr old toddler. I called the front desk 5 times and she told me she already called them twice? Okay well they havent stopped or slowed down.”

”Para el precio el lugar está bueno, no es un hotel nuevo así que tiene cosas que necesitan reparación. Pero el personal es excelente y el desayuno muy bueno.”

”Close to downtown. Great value for the money.”

”Everything was wonderful!”

”What a lovely place to stay.”
