”The property is absolutely beautiful. The lawns are groomed and the flowers are unbelievable. The staff were wonderful. Office recommended an excellent restaurant and even gave us a coupon to use. The office had coffee, lemonade, and cookies. Breakfast was great. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great pool. Location is right next to Covenant College and literally across the street from a fantastic tourist site .. Rock City. I could keep typing ....”

”Overall the hotel was ok except on one side of the bed - the carpet was Luke folded over with the tacks sticking up. We had to make sure to stay away from the wall - maybe new / newer carpet that wasn’t trimmed down. We were on the 2nd floor.”

”Moved from one room due to the Tv not working to another room that smelled like mold and the carpet was soaked. We had to lay towels down to walk. We didn’t ask to change again because it was so late and the children were ready for bed. Very nice staff, just not the greatest situation.”

”The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. The hotel was quiet and clean and due to the location, it seemed...

”This was a wonderful stay. Great breath taking views. Hot tub was fantastic, having laundry on site was amazing. Breakfast every morning was also great.”

”Very close to Ruby Falls and close to downtown with a wide selection of restaurants. We had great mountain range views from our suite. The lodge is very close to a busy road but we used the white noise machine that was provided so it died down the traffic noise. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

”On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

”Sheets and room were clean for the most part however the room I stayed in was not maintained. It was evident that the room has had a moisture problem for awhile. The drywall in the ceiling was discolored and cracking and there was mold growing on a chair.”

”Great stay! We’ve been here several times. Nothing fancy but it’s clean, nice and they have a good breakfast.”

”Breakfast was excellent. Sausage, bacon, and omelets with a waffle maker. Pool was smaller. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Needs some cosmetic work and maintenance. Our shower was broken at the top.”
