Villa Nautica Deluxe 6 persons

These luxurious, nice, and detached vacation villas for six people have a unique view of the water. The luxurious villas offer a lot of privacy, a high standard of comfort, and a spacious, hardwood outdoor deck. All ingredients to enjoy an amazing time by the water.


All villas provide a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. The villa has a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area, and a flat–screen TV. A perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game, or simply watch a movie. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with a built-in extractor fan, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa has 3 bedrooms:
bedroom 1: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage space
bedroom 2: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage space
bedroom 3: An outbuilding accessible from outside, including a bathroom with a toilet and a bunk bed

The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The villa has a separate toilet. The living room provides access to the spacious yard. Our villas are non–smoking and equipped with WiFi. You can park one car at the villa without any problems. The beds will have been made when you arrive.

The Groene Hart is located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. In this area you will find typical Dutch landscapes and a huge water recreation area, with the Loosdrechtse Plassen being one of the best known.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Pet fee is 5 EUR / pet / day.
