1. Chic and Comfy Home in the Heart of Silicon Valley

North Whisman

”I picked this location because I wanted somewhere close to my sister who we were visiting. The neighborhood worked out perfectly. It was quiet, serene. It was easy to find where everything was located in the home. There is no central AC which we were initially worried about when we arrived on a hot day, but had zero issues sleeping at night. The temperature worked out just fine. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”Great home base for a long weekend visiting college kids with grandparents! Plenty of room for two seniors, ourselves, and both of our college age kids, with open layout common spaces to gather and and still each have spaces of our own. Home as described, refurbished comfortably. We did not take advantage of the pool (it was raining and we had other plans), but appreciated the close proximity to downtown Mountain View with several good restaurants and so cute shops. Janice was also very...

Sunnyvale

”We didn’t know until we arrived that there was only one bathroom for 5 rooms, which was an issue for us (seniors). It reminded me of college days. We arrived after dark and the lack of lighting from the driveway to the front door on the side of the building ended up being an issue for us. The other renters were fairly considerate and quiet. The refrigerator was quite full and didn’t have well-marked areas for each room and there seemed to be extra food than just the people staying there. We had...

”The property was beautiful and very clean. The windows made it very bright and open. At night however the moonlight kept it bright making it a little difficult to sleep. Thank you for the two fans they were critical as there was no AC and it would get hot and a muggy in the room. We would air out the place when would return as it did not take long to heat up. The soaking tub was amazing. We both were able to sit in it together. A recommendation would be to add some dimmer switches in both...
