Hidden gem in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. Our stylish penthouse layout is a 950 sq ft condo located in the arts district. High ceilings, chandelier building hallways, frost mat front doors, Italian marble countertops, and so much interior space that will accomodate for all your needs.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood less than 2 miles from the beach, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping centers. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, walk in closet, bi weekly housekeeping, washer/dryer, and 2 on-site parking spots.

The incorrect entry information made for a very frustrating arrival, especially after a day of flight delays resulting in us being stranded on the street at midnight with no way to get inside and nowhere else to go. The lodging was a nice space, except that the bathtub and bathroom sink almost didn't drain at all causing some unpleasant shower/sink usage. The light coming into the bedroom was also really excessive, and the window needs a curtain. The toilet runs, loudly, which also was not ideal.

The location and apartment were very nice. Unfortunately the elevator was not working/broke and we were on the third floor and had to haul our luggage up and down the stairwell. At least we got our steps in, lol. The curtain rod in the living room was broke/came loose. So, we could not lose the curtain and it was hanging down. Lastly, the bedroom is very bright. If you like your room to be very dark, this room is not for you. On a positive note, the apartment is very big and there is a lot of room to be comfortable. It has a full kitchen, dining area, and washer and dryer. As mentioned earlier, the location is nice. Lots of little restaurants, deli, coffee shops, and it is right up the street from the harbor. Overall it was a nice experience. But the elevator not working was not cool at all...

Very nice spot!!

Overall the location is perfect. Being directly downtown is great as it is walking distance from A LOT of amenities. The apartment itself is large enough to accommodate a couple, yet right-sized for companionship. The balcony was amazing and the furnishings were adequate. The only tricky piece is the check in and the professional level driving needed for the parking space. Other than that, we would certainly stay here again.

Exactly As Listed

The setup of this place was great and felt like I traveled to another state. The patio and outlook was amazing as well as the location and proximity to restaurants, stores, and the Marina Green Park. To get down to the pier was around a 20 minute walk grom this location. Read instructions throughly as you check in. Owner was quick to respond to my 1st inquiry but took some time on the 2nd inquiry.

Beautiful Penthouse, Rough Getting In/Out

My wife and I rented this place for the long beach grand prix weekend. Walked to the grand prix each day. Had a blast. The balcony is large and great for people watching when the races were over. Checking in wasnt too bad, there could be a little but more instruction on how to get in and out of the apartment once youre all settled in, but the propery manager was able to respond relatively quickly and almost instantly at times. Beautiful little apartment. Would definitely consider renting again if we go to the races next year

Weekend Getaway

The place is really nice! Someone did well on the interior design. A lot of room and the patio was a nice addition to our stay. The only thing that was difficult was that the check-in process. It was a little difficult getting the garage door opener and keys figured out as the instructions in the booking are misleading and incorrect.

Long Beach comfort

The apartment was as advertised (though we never did locate the coffee maker). It was clean, roomy and very safe. A quick walk to restaurants and shops and conveniently located around the corner from our son’s apartment. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

For a month-long getaway

When you are planning to stay at a specific residence that is not your home for an extended period of time, it is very important that you choose a place that feels like home. A place that you feel comfortable in, can relax in and know your every day needs are met. Needs such as kitchen ware, needs such as toiletries, needs such as access to technology. and most importantly knowing if you do have questions or assistance, your host is willing to be there for you in anyway necessary. This is what I experienced during my stay, not to mention the beauty of the decor and actual peace in such a busy place as Pine Ave, Long Beach!! Plus you have a beautiful roof-top deck to experience morning sunrises and evening sunsets!!

Excellent property and location!

Top notch accommodations - very open, plenty of room and very comfortable - the perfect home away from home! Balcony is a plus - nice view- and the condo had everything needed. Was also great to have laundry in the unit for our two month stay. The owner was great to communicate with from start to finish. Will definitely be back for the next long term trip to Long Beach!
