I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it...

”This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. ”

”Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !”

”This was a great little place. Fit everyone of my family, and it had everything we needed to have a good stay! Easy access to the beach, food nearby..I don’t recommend parking in the area. I used public transit to get around. Neighborhood isn’t the best, a few houseless people around. Makes sense though. That is life. Excellent communication with the host!!”
