Welcome to Blackwood, a beautifully restored 1924 Craftsman located on a peaceful tree-lined street in the heart of West Hollywood. It harmoniously combines historic charm with modern amenities. The main house offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and also has a detached studio which is an ideal space for work or relaxing.



The home features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and a Batchelder fully functional fireplace in the living room. The sunlit dining room and thoughtfully renovated kitchen include reclaimed wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. The home is also equipped with a central HVAC system and laundry facilities.



Outdoors, the gated backyard has lush landscaping, decks with seating and dining as well as a retractable awning for shade plus a pool and spa. There's also a meditation area featuring a koi pond. The gated driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.



Just steps away from shopping, dining, and Los Angeles' vibrant Media District, it's a private oasis offering a unique blend of classic architecture and contemporary living, making it a true gem in one of the most dynamic neighborhoods of Los Angeles.

Beverly Hills, Studio City, and DTLA are a short drive and the beach cities are within an hour. Hike nearby trails and Runyon Canyon, explore Griffith Park (LA Zoo, Travel Town, Golfing, Tennis, and more), take in the sites on Hollywood Boulevard, enjoy Griffith Observatory or head over to Universal Studios for a tour & fun at the theme park. Museums, Comedy Clubs, Music, and more are close by and easily accessible.

• All guests will be asked to complete their registration with an online check-in form and ID verification via the Guesty app. This is to ensure a safe stay for all guests and is required for property access.

• The cleaning fee ($550/mid-stay & checkout cleanings) is included in reservation total. Any stays over initial 30-day period will require bi-weekly cleanings. Cleanings will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and payment will be requested through the Resolution Center on platform.

• Pet fee ($10/night/stay) is an additional charge

• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)

• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest.
