A spacious sofa, Smart TV, and fireplace anchor the living room, while the dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating at the kitchen island.



The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end Viking appliances, a gas range, and ample counter space, offering everything needed for easy meals at home.

PLEASE NOTE: The homeowner had a cat in the home. While there will not be a cat present during your stay and the home is professionally cleaned between reservations, guests with cat allergies should keep this in mind when considering the property.



Owner-Occupied Home

This home is the owner’s seasonal residence and is made available to guests during select times of the year. You may notice some personal items and décor throughout the home.



Travel Insurance | We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as all reservations remain subject to the cancellation policy.



House Rules:

• Minimum booking age: 25

• Family-friendly home

• No pets allowed (service animals permitted per law)

• Single-level home with no interior stairs

• Fire pit is not available for guest use

• To maintain comfort, please avoid running the AC while doors are open.

• Exterior security cameras located at front door



Property Care & Safety:

Do not tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors

No smoking, vaping, incense, or candles

Excessive cleaning (sand, stains, trash, etc.) may result in additional fees



Booking Policies:

Minimum booking age: 25+ (or subject to approval)

Additional vetting may be required for new or low-review accounts



Long-Term Stays (30+ Nights):

Scheduled cleanings are required once every 2 weeks to maintain the home. Fees will be adjusted accordingly.



Arrival & Departure:

Self check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.



General Terms:

By booking, guests agree to follow all house rules and accept responsibility for the home during their stay.
