- We are located in Korea Town (SOMI Apartments). Please make sure to inquire about the location if you have questions and list the exact number of guests along with any pets you’ll be bringing (if any).

- Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must keep noise at a reasonable level and avoid any activity that may disturb neighbors or other residents.

- No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the property is prohibited. Violations may result in additional cleaning/remediation charges, up to $1,500 where applicable, and termination of the stay.

- No Parties, Events or Loud Gatherings: Unauthorized parties, events, or disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation in accordance with platform policies.

- Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including coffee, tea, toiletries, and laundry detergent, intended to cover the first few nights. Guests staying for longer periods are responsible for replenishing supplies according to their individual needs.

- Pets Must Be Disclosed: Pets are permitted only when disclosed and included on the reservation prior to check-in. Bringing an undisclosed or unauthorized pet onto the property may result in termination of the stay and applicable charges.

- Registered Guests Only: Only guests disclosed and registered on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. Unauthorized occupancy or visitors may result in termination of the reservation in accordance with platform policies.

- No Mail Service: Guests may not use the property address to receive USPS mail or establish the property as a mailing or permanent residential address.

- Mandatory Rental Agreement: As required by building management, all guests must complete and electronically sign our standard Rental Agreement prior to check-in. An ID + Selfie online submission is a must to access this community. The agreement is intended to clearly establish and protect the rights and responsibilities of both the Guest and Host and is designed to remain consistent with platform policies and the terms disclosed in this listing. Completion of the Rental Agreement is a mandatory part of the check-in process.
