This is a private home intended exclusively for guests. There is a separate ADU located in the backyard, accessible via the driveway, and there are no shared spaces between the two units.

Please note that the owner may occasionally stay on-site in the ADU when not traveling.

Electrical Note: To keep everything running smoothly, please avoid plugging too many high-powered appliances into the kitchen and dining room outlets at the same time, as this can trip the circuit breaker.
