Cabo Squad Goals Achieved!

We absolutely love Cabo—we visit three times a year—and this was our first time staying at Marina Sol. We had a group of nine and wanted a place where we could all stay together, so we booked Penthouse A702.Although the building was undergoing renovations during our stay, it had no impact on our experience whatsoever. The unit was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had more than enough towels, supplies, and everything else we needed to feel right at home.The entire resort staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool bar was a highlight—delicious food, great atmosphere, and daily drink specials that we really enjoyed.One of the biggest reasons we chose Marina Sol was its unbeatable location. We love being close to the action, and this spot was perfect. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Mango Deck, The Office, and the must-visit Edith’s. For nightlife, Squid Roe and several other hotspots are only about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, having Walmart just a block away was super convenient for any essentials.We had an amazing time at Marina Sol and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Boys trip in Cabo

Excellent condo in an excellent location. The condo was very nice and well appointed. Service was excellent. Location was exceptional. Literally 2-5 blocks easy walk to everything in Cabo....Mango Deck, Beach, Marina, Downtown. Neighborhood filled with local bars and restaurants. The Condo Pool and Pool bar rival surrounding resorts. Thank you for the Great Stay!

Perfect Bachelorette stay!!

We loved the corner penthouse for our stay in Cabo. Plenty of room for my group of 10, super clean, and comfy beds. The location was perfect!! Super close to beach bars for the daytime and nightclubs. We loved having two grocery stores right beside us as well. Would highly recommend!

property is very clean, no pantry, washer/dryer up on the second floor, horrible view can't see the any water the condo looks over a construction site. nice little patio, Ivan was very helpful and deserves codos. might be better with view of the pool, location is good but no Ocean.

A Great Place for Multiple Peioke

The property was exactly what we needed. Not great views, but close to the beach and the Marina, so could walk everywhere. Place could use a little TLC, but we cooked and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing family vacation

We had 7 people including two young kids with us. The location was great. The pool was fantastic and warm. There was a nice shop downstairs in the building. Concierge very helpful. Location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store one block away. Nice gym in the neighborhood. Super close to the beach and marina. Rooms clean. All amenities there. All cooking equipment you could ever need. I’ll be back.

We loved our stay here. Ivan and the other concierge staff were extremely helpful. The condo was roomy and comfortable. It was clean and a beautiful place! The only small issue we had was to get a pool chair we had to go down pretty early.

Great Central Location

This was a great property for our needs. We were down in Cabo with 10 guys for several days of fishing. The penthouse property had ample room for us to spread out and also gather to get to know each other. Loved the fact that it was just a short walk up and down the hill to get to the Marina. The property grounds were nice, and we took advantage of the bar, pool and restaurant several times. All the staff were kind, courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay - coming back

Our group of 7 adults had the most wonderful stay. There was plenty of space in the penthouse for everyone to have their own space (and bathroom) with large communal area for us to cook and hangout. The pool is wonderful and sunny all day. The location is perfect. 5 mins walk to the main beach. 5 mins walk to a huge grocery store and shopping complex. And less than 10 mins walk to harbour. I highly recommend this spot

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Penthouse 702. it was great to have a 5 bedroom pad close to the beach with all the amenities of a resort (restaurant, room service, pool bar, pool, etc. the kitchen island is ideal for family time. We spent our mornings and evenings at the kitchen island. The penthouse is a little quirky, but overall a great experience. Brett

This is the second time I have stayed at the property; it is fabulous. If you are up for it, you can walk everywhere, if not it is very easy to get a ride. It is safe, friendly, and in a great location.

Excellent location, excellent property

The property is listed as a condo but feels much more like a community with a ton of services available. Excellent penthouse suite with a beautiful view, a short 8m walk (uphill and then downhill) to Medano Beach (this is the location to be), and a short 10m walk in the other direction to downtown. We easily walked every day even in 90F heat without any issues. Property is extremely clean, friendly, and safe. It feels like a resort but is quieter than a resort. 1st floor has a coffee shop, full bar, gift shop, concierge, and full time security. Our penthouse (5bed 5bath) had individually controlled A/C in every room including living room and seating area, plenty of cool air when you need it. We didn't bring our kids but the location would be kid friendly although the main pool area isn't fenced and our balcony wouldn't be safe for young kiddos if you have little ones. Couldn't have asked for a better location and service. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Marina Sol and stayed at the Corner Penthouse. The property is so close and convenient to everything. For an older property, everything on the grounds, lobby, and rooms were maintained nicely. Our only issue was the master bedroom air-conditioning unit which could use replacing. It was working to it's maximum according to maintenance but it only went down to 76 degrees F at the coolest, which was too warm in hot weather. The rest of the rooms however cooled nicely. The pool area was great, not crowded at all and clean. The spa for massages at salon was super convenient and clean. Ivan, the property manager, was the absolute BEST! Always reachable, responsive, and helpful. Just his hospitality is worth the visit!

Amazing Location!

Walking distance to the Marina and Medano Beach. The suite was amazing, in need of some minor maintenance, but nothing too bad. The pool area is great and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent Location but…

Resort management and staff EXCELLENT. They are very helpful, friendly and make everything easy: transportation, COVID testing, and suggestions for activities & restaurants. There were some mishaps. Beds are very uncomfortable. We went to local Walmart and bought a king size cushion and left it on the bed. Water/Plumbing not good. If two or more people showered at the same time all would be taking COLD shower. Sink drains in kitchen and bathrooms were dirty - very hard to look at when brushing teeth. Elevators went out and so did water during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Great Location!

Location can’t be beat! Right in the middle of everything we wanted to do! Plenty of room for our group of 8. Ivan was great and very helpful. Can’t wait to stay again soon!
