Our experience at this property was underwhelming. The overall condition felt dated, and unfortunately, the beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest well during our stay.
We opted for the all-inclusive package, but were disappointed with the lack of guidance upon arrival — no map of the property was provided, and no one informed us where to find the restaurants or amenities. It felt disorganized, and we weren’t greeted or offered any assistance with our luggage. The check-in process felt more like being herded through a system than welcomed as guests.
Food options were limited to the main buffet (which we discovered opened at 8 a.m. each morning), poolside delivery, room service, and a small deli/store. While these options were convenient enough, there was little variety and no clear communication about what else, if anything, was available.
Overall, this stay didn’t meet expectations, especially for an all-inclusive experience. There’s potential here, but the property would benefit greatly from better hospitality, clearer guest communication, and some much-needed updates.
