È la quinta volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura. personale molto preparato efficiente e gentile. Camera pulita e mantenuta pulita durante il soggiorno, colazione di buon livello. Un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente!

The whole place was super clean, really modern and the staff were all really helpful and kind throughout.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. The rooms also lacked basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers, which you would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. The beds were uncomfortable, and my mum experienced back pain during our stay. The hotel itself is in need of a complete refresh. The lobby looked dated, with old, mismatched sofas that certainly didn’t give the impression of a 4-star property. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, if we left our towels hanging up, they assumed we didn’t need any fresh ones and didn’t replace them. The food was acceptable, but it was very bland and often lacked flavour. The beach next to the hotel was disappointing. The sand was dark, sticky, and poorly maintained. Walking along the seafront, we passed what appeared to be a derelict building covered in graffiti, as well as a nearby camping area, which really detracted from the surroundings. The only real highlights were the swimming pool and the terrace attached to our room, which had a lovely view. Overall, we were disappointed.

Soggiorno nel complesso positivo per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone. La camera è comoda e la posizione è davvero ottima: la spiaggia è vicinissima e nei dintorni si trova tutto il necessario tra bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca un contesto di puro relax e riposo. La pulizia della camera è stata sempre puntuale negli orari, anche se non sempre impeccabile. Ci sono tuttavia alcuni aspetti da segnalare per migliorare l'esperienza: il divano letto è risultato molto scomodo per degli adulti e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato le lenzuola macchiate, cosa che abbiamo comunque fatto presente nelle note di check-in. Inoltre, la zona giorno non è particolarmente comoda per pranzare in quattro. Un'esperienza comunque valida e piacevole nel suo insieme.
